Blackridge Leadership is a UK-based organisation established to support senior leaders at the point where pressure begins to affect their professional life.
Many organisations rely on formal processes once concerns become significant. However, there is often limited structured support available at an earlier stage, where timely intervention could prevent escalation.
Blackridge Leadership provides that intervention.

Blackridge Leadership was built by people who've been there: former NHS Consultants and senior executives with first-hand experience of high-stakes decisions, organisational complexity, and the relentless pressure of leading through difficulty. We don't work from theory. We work from experience.
At the heart of what we do is executive coaching: a confidential, structured process that helps you think clearly when clarity is hardest to find, decide well when the stakes are highest, and sustain your performance without paying for it with everything else.

Blackridge Leadership provides a structured, non-clinical intervention focused on professional functioning, decision-making, and behaviour in the workplace.
We do not provide performance assessment, legal/financial advice, therapy, or counselling, and our work does not replace formal organisational disciplinary processes.
Instead, coaching offers a defined space for reflection, insight, and potential behavioural change.
All work is conducted with clear confidentiality boundaries, including escalation where there are concerns relating to personal safety or non-engagement.
